WE ARE THE ARCTURIANS!
And when this deception is being understood, the coin can be dropped altogether, because what is Arising now is the Divine Truth prior and beyond duality. It is Mere Being of Happiness, One, Undivided and Eternal. This is the Revelation of your True Being-ness, your True Self.
Greetings dear ones. We come today to tell you of the many changes we see happening in your world. Light energy is increasing each day which in turn is exposing much that has been kept hidden for years. Do not despair if you do not see these changes yourselves because your news is not reporting to you that which we see. What we see has to do with energy–souls awakening and planetary consciousness lifting to new and higher levels. This in turn is allowing people to see where and how they are being used and lied to by those that would keep the world in the old ways for personal profit. This is how change happens.
Evolution manifests in the small events of daily life–a smile to or from a stranger, comfort to someone suffering loss, or the recognition of another’s true identity even if they are unaware of it. Learn to live in compassion dear ones, not in sympathy for in sympathy you align yourself with the lower energies that the other is suffering from. This is an important point for those of you who work with people in some capacity.
Be not afraid for you are doing the work. Try very hard not hold concepts of how your world should appear, for concepts are simply three dimensional mind formed ideas reflecting an individual’s belief system. Try not to force things into how you think they should be, but allow them to unfold while standing back in truth as an observer knowing that all is proceeding according to plan for yourselves and for the world. Learn to trust dear ones, for once you have decided to spiritually grow, you are being guided.
The Arcturian Group wishes to talk about Oneness. You may say, we always talk about Oneness but we reply that we must emphasize the truth of Oneness because it is the basic truth upon which all change will take place. Until mankind can understand that there is only One (one mind, one life, one intelligence, one reality) manifesting Itself in infinite form and variety, there will always be that sense of separation holding man in bondage to the false sense of duality and separation.
You see, all are in and of the One for it is all there is. With this awareness there would be no wars, no thievery, no murders, no anger or lower resonating emotions all of which arise from a belief in separation. When mankind realizes that there is only One, he will see that all have the same opportunity to experience the gifts embodied within that that One. No one has been given more than another for there is only the One. It the individual state of consciousness that determines how much of that One will manifest. Journeys through lifetimes–some easy and many difficult were carefully chosen by every soul as necessary experiences leading to this awareness of ONE and you are ready for this awareness now.
Everything is connected within the One–the crystal/mineral kingdom, the plant kingdom, the animal kingdom, the devic/elemental/nature spirit kingdom, and all human as well as galactic beings. There is only ONE and it is continually manifesting itself and cannot be separated from its own qualities which is why these qualities are held in place and governed infinitely by spiritual law. These unchanging and permanent qualities of intelligence, wisdom, abundance, wholeness, completeness etc etc. and are yours by virtue of your Divine sonship but only manifest according to the conditioning of your state of consciousness.
If you fully believe you are separate from all other living things, then the Divine idea of Oneness will manifest in your experience as relationships that reflect this. The ONE never changes, but any false belief held in consciousness will manifest outwardly. Examine your experiences dear ones, for they will guide you to what you still hold within your consciousness.
The job of the evolutionary process is to move every soul into an awareness of the truth of ONE. Truth appears when an individual is ready simply as a new idea that seems to resonate. The awakening soul ponders and thinks upon this new idea and begins to practice it in daily life. Gradually the truth integrates and become the individual’s state of consciousness. Evolution is an unfolding process dear ones, one cannot say; “I got it!” and then expect everything to suddenly change. It is not a matter of intellectual knowledge, it is the actual integration of these truths until they become YOU. That is why many refer to old souls (evolved through many lifetimes) versus new souls (just beginning to learn).
Over lifetimes of living in duality and separation, you have accumulated lower resonating energies which have been stored within your physical, emotional,and mental bodies. These need to be cleared for they cannot go with you into the higher dimensional energies that you moving in to. This is what you are doing now–releasing these old and toxic energies carried in ignorance from lifetime to lifetime and which have held you in bondage to many of the issues you deal with in daily life.
As these clearings take place unpleasantness may surface and you may think you are going backwards in your spiritual progress. No dear ones, it is just the opposite, you have reached that place in your journey where you are now evolved enough to let go of that which is old and finished. You are releasing all that you have dragged with you from lifetime to lifetime when you did not have enough awareness to understand that these old and dense energies were holding you back. You have come to the place of finally being ready to do this difficult work, and you are doing it beautifully so do not to see the painful issues of your lives as some sort of failure but as signs that you are graduating. Be aware that some clearing is taking place in the dream state so if you have troubling dreams know that you are most likely releasing the energy of some past life experience.
It is important that you let go of all concepts of how clearing, evolution, or ascension should look–for yourselves or for the world. Release any and all concepts or comparison of your journey versus another’s’ for all have had different lifetimes with varying experiences leading to whatever personal issues need to be looked at,released, and moved beyond.
It is time to let go of your concepts dear ones, for concepts hold you in bondage to a belief system that is more often than not false .

Again we greet you dear ones, those who read these messages, for we see you as students of truth, ready to evolve and grow deeper.
There is much light now manifesting on earth and soon you will recognize the results of it. Do not always expect to see large overwhelming events but become more observant of the many small changes happening daily– unexpectedly aware words spoken by some political or spiritual leader, kindnesses between strangers, or the increase in those choosing to help serve all living things like the rescue of lost, abused, and frightened animals. Every expression of light (unconditional love) given to the world, to all living things, to each other, adds to the energy of the whole. Even when you do not particularly like another, your job is to silently recognize their divinity in spite of appearances and this is how you practice unconditional love because love is the realization of One which does NOT mean being a doormat for another.
Today we wish to discuss the energy of reality and illusion, for many are confused when they read spiritual literature stating that the world is illusion when life seems to be very real and often so painful
.
Being expressions of Source you are creators, and for lifetimes have been creating from a third dimensional consciousness of duality and separation. These experiences are very real within that state of consciousness–pain is felt, accidents happen, disease, lack, and limitation are very apparent and seem to be what human life on earth is all about. Many religions still ignorantly teach that man’s reward will be in heaven and not on earth and that earth is meant to be a place of suffering. Buddha’s original teachings having to do with the world being an illusion have been misunderstood by those not evolved enough spiritually to understand them. This resulted in many simply doing nothing, saying; “Oh well, the starving baby doesn’t matter, it is all illusion.” It is not the world and all living things that are illusion, it is mankind’s’ concept of the world that is the illusion. This is a vital point in the unfolding awareness of spiritual consciousness.
Because you are creators dear ones, you create from your own state of consciousness and what you experience is based upon that. Are you creating experiences that manifest duality and separation or are you creating experiences of Light and Love? Many will react to this statement and feel anger, but we ask you to take this into your quiet time and ponder these words. Those who thrive on being “victims” will no longer be able to blame others for their problems and this will cause many to respond with anger and uncomfortable emotions. It is an ingrained but incorrect belief in the third dimensional world that others are responsible for your lives–problems as well as successes.
When you see the suffering of others realize that what you are witnessing is the manifestation of ignorance created through beliefs of duality and separation. These forms can appear in infinite variety of expression and often reflect the individual energy of one who may be still holding (and thus attracting) something from a past life experience. This energy may be manifesting at this time because the individual is now evolved enough to release and clear it. Frequently good or bad experiences simply reflect the impersonal nature the third dimensional belief system because those living in a consciousness of ignorance are at the mercy of any belief which may be floating out there in universal human consciousness. Know that good appearances are no more spiritual than bad ones–all are concepts of the spiritual reality.
When a spiritual student begins to understand these truths, it may result in some confusion as to how he is supposed to respond to the sufferings of the world. This awareness does not mean one cannot help others and does not mean doing nothing but does mean we must recognize the reality behind what is going on.
You see, the Divine Consciousness which is all there is (Omnipresence) would be incapable of manifesting Itself as division, discord, disharmony–how could One (all there is) be divided? The illusion is man’s ignorant understanding of the Divine, seeing God as some sort of man in the sky, and endowing him with qualities of good and evil–concepts born from lifetimes in ignorance of truth.
Everything embodied within Divine Consciousness is a law, and these qualities are continually and infinitely manifesting. There is only ONE MIND and that is DIVINE MIND but in the un-awakened human, that one mind is conditioned by beliefs of duality and separation and then in turn manifests through this conditioning. For example, the self-sustaining, self maintaining qualities of Source appear to man as food, clothing, or what is needed but when interpreted through a mind filled with varying beliefs of duality and separation, this quality of Divine completeness will manifest as sometimes enough, and at other times not enough–the perfect expression of duality. The infinite wisdom and intelligence of Divine Consciousness will manifest through a consciousness programmed by duality and separation as some people being very smart and wise and others just the opposite.
We are not recommending you shout “Hooray” and throw away all your medicines or quit your job while saying; “God is all, everything else is illusion”. We are saying that if you resonate with these truths, then you are ready to incorporate them into your consciousness. When something unpleasant or even very daunting comes into your experience, you will now be able to look at it more impersonally, asking yourself; “What am I believing that is making me feel this way, or manifest this? What is the truth?”.
In this process, there is never to be guilt or self recrimination for past mistakes or judgements for it is simply the process of evolution you are experiencing, and doing a fine job of it. You are learning who you really are and then living out from that which is why you are on this journey.
Know that much of what may be unpleasant in your lives at this point is simply energy from past lifetimes that you are now ready to clear–physically, emotionally, and mentally. Many are experiencing issues they thought they had already dealt with or that they never even had in the first place. These things are presenting at this time in order to be looked at on a higher level and released. These issues reflect opportunities for you to examine your belief system. Many are being guided to remove negative or positive energetic cords attaching them to people or places because anything resonating with that which is finished must be released. Anything still resonating with old finished energy can hold you in bondage to the past. Negative issues being presented at this time are serving to move all evolving souls into deeper ways of understanding and the ability to let go with love and gratitude. This in turn, brings about a seeing of the world with new eyes.
Always remember Reality is, was, and always has been Oneness, and that One governed and held forever in place by law. That is why there really is no death, could the Divine die? We see the appearances of death, but is that the reality? Fear of death is one of the heaviest of beliefs needing to be released. One may change location, but never can there be the death of that I AM.
The nature of the third dimensional experience is that each awaken to truth regardless of outer appearances. It was never meant that earth sink so heavily into the dense energies of duality and separation, but it happened, and in spite of that many are now awakening and becoming strong and powerful beings–worthy of much praise and congratulations. Try not to get discouraged dear ones, for you are doing what you came to do and doing a fine job of it.
Those of you who read these messages are more than ready to do the work required. There will come a point where most of the outer discords will simply drop away for there will no longer be the belief energy to manifest as them and this is how the world is changing. As more and more awaken to truth and begin to live out from an illumined consciousness, the outer manifestations will take on more perfect and higher form. This is why no one can come and save the world for you dear ones, it has to be the enlightened consciousness of the many that manifests a new world and that is exactly what is happening very quickly at this point.
Try not to add energy to the negative world issues you may become aware of through your news. Much of this is the manifestation of old and finished energy for many areas of the world still hold a great deal of that which is very dense from the past–places of war and suffering. Send unconditional Light to all people and places, knowing always that there is only ONE and I AM THAT ONE.

We of the Arcturian Group welcome all who choose to read these messages. We come today with news of great excitement as we see change rapidly falling into place for a new world order. It is time for the Light to manifest in more ways than you have anticipated which you have worked hard to bring about. Be ready to see change within all systems of your world, for the energy is rapidly reaching a level in which change can manifest. Do not sit and wait, but go about your daily chores knowing in your hearts that all is proceeding according to plan. Try not to imagine or anticipate specific changes for that interferes with the natural unfolding of events according to the energies in place and is based on personal concepts of how things need to appear. Rest, knowing within your hearts that the Divine I knows how and where to manifest, and you do not have to tell it what to do or how to do it, your job is to know the truth and trust it.
We wish to speak today of these energies of change and how they will effect those of earth. You will see a change of attitude in many with regard to certain ideas they were previously very adamant against. You will see businesses become more people centered in an energy of serving rather than taking. You will begin to see the youth speak of of more advanced ideas of living and being and those of the older generations actually listening instead of telling them that they are too young to know the world yet. Many of these young ones are very evolved souls here to help with the shifting energies. They are having a problem understanding why so many in positions of power continue to live, believe, and force on others that which is obsolete, outdated, and very un-evloved.
It is always fear that holds one in old three dimensional energy–fear (often imagined) of how change will effect them personally. Fear often manifests as a lashing out toward any new idea that could serve the many but may disrupt an individual’s personal comfort zone.
It is the fear that changing tried and true beliefs that served in the past will result in some aspect of lack and limitation for them personally (duality and separation). They do not yet realize that they too are included in the higher energies of Light manifesting as better ways of living.
The fearful ones erroneously believe that anything that does not fit into their personal, present belief system must be incorrect. You often see this happen with organized religious groups when urged to adopt new and different ways of thinking about certain issues. Change would be to admit that the teachings up to this point may of been incorrect–the egos of most structured religions will not allow admitting that they may of been incorrect. You are seeing it daily with politicians, many of whom resist change of any sort because it would rock the foundation they are building for their re-election, not because change would be good for the people they have been elected to serve.
Expect change dear ones, for you are bringing in a new world order through the enlightenment of your consciousness. A consciousness of Truth will manifest as higher and better ways of being, doing , and living–change. You are going to see change taking place in your health care systems, in your religions, and in your schools as more and more individuals awaken to the realization of Oneness. Your job is not to resist as ideas of change are presented for these are the proofs of a new world consciousness in manifestation. We are not saying that every new idea that appears is for you to embrace for as always, you must use your intuition. We are saying that it is time to be open and not rigidly stuck in what has worked in the past.
You see dear ones, you are doing it, you are bringing the new world order– it is why you chose to be on earth at this powerful time. It is what you have been asking for, working towards, and hoping would happen. The lesson is to let go of every concept, belief, or teaching, that resonates with old and finished energy no matter how comfortable it may be to stay in your uncomfortableness. Understand that many out of a fear of anything new or different, choose to stay exactly where they are no matter how difficult or painful that place may be.
Fear is based in the acceptance of false concepts and beliefs taught and accepted over centuries of many lifetimes. Superstitions became accepted as truth, and false teachings given to the uneducated masses became the law of the land. Beliefs regarding God, marriage, disease, and even a devil etc. became universal except for those evolved enough to recognize their impersonal unreality. Mankind is now evolved enough to relegate much of this nonsense to the trash bin, much as when it was believed that if you sat in a breeze, you would get sick. Now you laugh at this idea because you have evolved beyond it. Many, many of these obsolete concepts and beliefs are still held on to because they were true in the past, they manifested because of a universal belief in them. You see, you are creators.
When you are in confusion and question about something, take time to be alone even if it is to run into a bathroom. Go within and ask yourself how this thing resonates with what you know to be truth. Does it resonate, or does it feel old and finished? You will feel the energy, trust that you are being guided at all times and your intuition is an important tool.
Many will be pleasantly surprised to discover that the sky does not fall down when letting go of an old diehard belief system. Because of the powerful energy shift taking place at this time, you chose to release in this lifetime anything holding you back in order to ascend. Thusly, many of you are finding that opportunities to do so are appearing one after another. This can be difficult and you may question if you have lost your way. No, you are right where you are supposed to be, and doing a fine job of it.
Confront each experience by fearlessly looking at it–examine it, feel its energy even if unpleasant, and ask yourself; “What did I learn from this experience?” Then, knowing that you need not carry it around with you any longer, choose to release it while giving thanks for the lesson learned because every experience no matter how humanly unpleasant contains the gift of a spiritual lesson.
Do this with everything that may still cause you to go into fear, Do this with no judgement or sense of failure, but in the knowing that it is through experiences that one evolves. Remind yourself that you chose and are now spiritually ready to clear in this lifetime all those dense experiences you have been carrying physically, emotionally, and mentally from lifetime to lifetime. Never forget that you are Divine Beings having human experiences in order to learn, evolve and remember.
The Divine Reality within you knows what it is doing and how to do it. Human beings do not have to tell it what to do. Pondering this statement alone, will dissolve much fear. Get out of the mind, center in your heart and live in the now moment holding unconditional love for all.

Dear ones, we come today encouraging you to hold calmness and peace while within that sense of waiting that so many of you are experiencing at this time. This sense of waiting for the new to come into manifestation feels like nothing is happening, however a great deal is happening–powerful energies are now pouring in and those receptive are becoming more aware it.
Many of you are experiencing new and creative ideas regarding work or activities in your lives and yet the ability to bring these ideas into manifestation has not been there. Do not panic or believe you were incorrect with your imaginings and most of all try not to be overly frustrated dear ones, for you are indeed tuning into new and creative ideas– new ideas and ways of service not yet able to manifest in the outer because the energy for them to do that is not yet fully in place. It is as if you are pregnant and carrying a beautiful babe within the womb of creation but it is not yet developed enough to be birthed into the world. However, honor its presence and allow it to be tenderly but secretly held and nourished until the time is right for it to come forth.
Now is the time to center and become more aware of your Divinity. It is a time of quiet in which to rest in and practice the truth you know– allowing yourselves to experience the silent awareness of an evolved state of consciousness. Silence is vital to spiritual growth for when you allow yourselves to be constantly bombarded with noise and distraction you can not hear the still small voice within.
Dear ones, this is an important time in which you seem to be doing nothing but this rest that is allowing you to incubate the higher truths you have become aware of–a time to be still and allow the process to unfold. Many of you are so used to doing, running, thinking day and night–being busy, busy, busy. This is the old way, based in teachings that tell you that you must be busy and working hard in every moment if you are to accomplish success in life. This concept is simply not true in the higher frequencies, it is more a matter of be-ing stead of do-ing. Many continue to push this same old concept on to their children not realizing that these sensitive ones need time to just be. Allow yourselves to watch a sunset, take a walk in the forest, or just gaze at clouds. If you firmly believe you are too busy with daily responsibilities to do this, then try getting up at night and just sitting in a quiet place listening to the silence.
Mind has been allowed to run the show for way too long. Mind is an avenue of awareness, an instrument and beautiful tool, but not the boss. You, consciousness are the boss and you can choose when, how, where, and most importantly what to think. What am I allowing into my mind? Many believe they have no control over what they think and it indeed seems to be that way. The millions of thoughts ever thought by anyone are floating around out in universal human consciousness. However you have the choice as to whether or not you let them in. You open the door to your consciousness. You choose to accept a thought, belief, or concept as real and true which then in turn becomes your reality. You must understand that you are the creators of your own experiences based upon your state of consciousness.
When a thought that you do not wish to entertain comes, simply do not claim it as your own–no guilt about what the thought might of been, no shock or fear for these things are impersonal and not yours until you invite them in to stay. You simply say to yourself; “No, I do not accept that as my own” and in time these thoughts are no longer a temptation. Thoughts of a certain type are drawn to people through the energy they hold based on their past life experiences. For instance, some are more receptive to impersonal thoughts of health and disease and when these impersonal thoughts float by, they immediately claim them in through interest and acceptance. Others may be more receptive to thoughts about relationship and when these impersonal thoughts and beliefs come floating by, they grab them for their own belief system.
A part of your evolution dear ones, is the taking back of your power, realizing that you are Divine beings having three dimensional experiences (duality and separation) by choice in order to learn. All must learn to stand “watcher at the door” of the mind, taking control of what is allowed in for your belief system becomes your state of consciousness which then manifests as your world. Never forget that every thought anyone has ever had is simply impersonally and subliminally floating around for you to either accept or ignore. It is time to realize that you have the choice, you have the power, and you are not victims of anything or anyone except your own state of consciousness.
Many of you are experiencing harsh situations either at home, or at work, or in general. It is important to understand that more often than not, on a deep level, these situations were chosen specifically by you in order to reactivate old energies needing to be looked at and released. All have unknowingly carried deep emotional and physical scars from lifetime to lifetime, keeping these things buried deeply within the physical and emotional bodies. You are now evolved and strong enough to look at and release all of this because you cannot carry any of it with you into the higher energies you are seeking to experience. They are manifesting at this time in order to allow you to do this.
It is all about ascending into a higher resonance of truth and Light dear ones. You have chosen to clear all old and finished business carried with you into this lifetime in order to make this move into the new. In other lifetimes you came in with a single lesson to learn, this time you came in with your whole list–everything needing to be released because you wanted to be a part of the powerful planetary shift taking place at this time and that is why things are so seemingly overwhelming for so many at this time. Instead of resting back in self pity, ask within; “What am I learning from this? What am I believing about this situation? What is the spiritual truth about this?”
Pat yourselves on the back dear ones, for you are strong and powerful beings. We observe you with much respect and awe seeing how much you take on and rise above in order to grow and learn. If your life seems very difficult at this time, it is probably because you have chosen to move forward which means you must address on a new and higher level, all old and finished beliefs and concepts.
This work is not for the faint hearted brave ones, and know that many of you are very close to being finished with the hardest part.

Greetings dear ones. We come again to encourage and advise you regarding the current state many of you find yourselves in. There are huge changes taking place within the physical, emotional, and mental bodies of every evolving individual. Old energy from eons of time that were and still are stored within cellular memory is releasing. This process uses a lot of energy, often leaving you feeling depleted and wondering if there is a physical problem. Honor this process–on the days you feel depleted, lay down and just rest if you can. Try to do less of the physical if you must be at your job. This depletion will pass and often varies from day to day.
This is also a time when many are feeling anxious, confused, and concerned regarding what their next step is to be. Do not try to figure this out. You have been trained to plan and use the mind for a solution to every situation. That is not the way it is to be in the future. You are learning to let go of the need to know everything and instead to listen, trusting your increasingly powerful intuition while not trying to figure everything out with the mind. Mind in its purest sense, is an avenue of awareness. If you have chosen ascension and are working to understand the deeper truths, then all is proceeding according to plan regardless of how it seems nothing is happening. You don’t need to know exactly what is coming for the world and for yourselves personally, for it is still unfolding. Your job is to allow that by staying centered in truth through meditation and practice while not getting energetically involved in the negative appearances around you. The world is shifting to a higher resonance and every bit of truth you know adds to it, helping to bring about the shift.
When you find you not longer enjoy certain foods in the amounts you used to, then just don’t eat them any longer–foods or amounts. If you discover that those entertainments you always enjoyed no longer resonate with you, then don’t keep trying to revive them–for in most cases, they are finished. Massive changes are taking place on all levels dear ones; friends, family, likes, and dislikes, concepts and beliefs are all finding a new place within your consciousness. The only error is in trying to hold on to what is finished. “Go with the flow” as it is said, honor your intuition, and do those things you are being guided to do in each moment even if it means laying down doing nothing.
Mankind has been taught to keep physically and mentally busy in every moment which worked and was frequently necessary in many very physical past lifetimes, but in the new energy “busyness” of mind and body can simply be a distraction which at times can actually cause you to feel ill. A constant barrage of noise through 24/7 use of phones, media, electronic games etc. can be very off centering and discordant to the higher frequencies and simply serves to hold you in the old. Release the hold these things may have on you regardless of how much the world tells you they are “must haves”. We are not saying that you need to give up the things or games you still enjoy, but we are saying that they need to take their proper place through the realization that they are not a necessity.
We wish to speak today of energy which is a topic you have all have read or heard about and often discuss yet many do not fully understand. Energy is the vibration or essence of Divine Consciousness and is therefore the substance of all that is and the connection binding all living things which you call Love. Energy when interpreted by a consciousness that is not very evolved and is filled with false concepts and beliefs will appear and feel very dense and heavy. Energy appears lighter and lighter as levels of awareness evolve and is pure Light in the higher dimensions. A person’s aura is the energy resonance they are manifesting at a particular time. The colors making up an individual’s aura are facets of this pure light. The ever changing qualities of beliefs, past life experiences, talents, health etc. are all reflected in this diffusion of pure white light. An individual’s state of consciousness appears as their aura and is their personal energy field.
You are often told to sent light to someone who having a hard time. This means to see pure white or gold Light flowing to and surrounding them. This will help to lift them into this higher, lighter frequency if they allow it . Sometimes a person will refuse the Light and you will experience this as a blocking of the flow. If this happens, you simply give the Light to the person’s Higher Self to be released when it will be accepted.
Colors are simply facets or qualities broken out from pure consciousness which is seen as white. Many healing modalities teach you that one color is for this, or another color is for that which is true because each color has its own “job” so to speak, each a facet of that completeness that is Divine Consciousness. However, when you send light to someone just send pure white or gold light because Light is consciousness and It knows far better than the human what the other person needs. If you are given a certain color when doing this, then you are being guided to include this ray when sending light. The violet flame of St. Germain carries the energy of transmutation and is why you so often hear references to the violet flame. The violet ray is a powerful energy you can use for yourselves. Picture yourself standing in the violet temple standing in the violet flame itself while holding the intention that it transmute all that is old and finished into the new and higher.
Energy is frequency and can be used or ms-used in the third dimension. You use energy as electricity but it can kill. Some try and use energy for selfish ends which is the essence of the dark arts. Right now you are feeling the intensity of new and higher energies as they become the new you. This is why you are experiencing buzzing noises in your head, ears ringing, dizziness, heart flutterings and so many other odd physical symptoms that would scare you if you did not understand what was happening.
The energy making up the whole you is changing in multitudinous ways you are not even aware of and has never been done before while individuals remained in their physical bodies. Because of this you are presenting a whole new scenario to the many closely monitoring this process from other planets. Try not to fear with regard to whatever you are experiencing at this time dear ones, but simply allow the process to unfold and do what you are guided to do even if or when it is nothing.
Please know that if you are experiencing intense physical issues that concern you, it is entirely appropriate for you to go to your doctor, but also understand that often these issues will turn out to be your experience of the release of old injuries, memories, vows, or anything from the past or present intense enough to be stored in cellular or emotional memory.

Greetings dear ones. Again we come to encourage you in your journey of enlightenment and ascension into the new energies you are now receiving. We see many of you beginning to question the actions of local and world governments because you no longer resonate with much that heretofore was simply taken for granted. Your energy levels are becoming finer and more evolved causing you to be out of sync with energetically denser ideas of life and living. This is proof of your evolution dear ones and demonstrates that you are indeed waking up and seeing the bigger picture.
Take a stand in what ever small ways you can, not by making a power out of ideas representing beliefs of duality, but by gently planting seeds of truth without any expectations, where you can . You need not preach, but simply and silently hold the light of truth within dear ones, and be available for those who want more (truth).
Many awakening souls are afraid and need validation regarding new emotions and ideas they find themselves experiencing. When an individual’s background has only been in and of the three dimensional belief system, a shift into perceiving the world in new and different ways can cause confusion,fear, worry, and alienation of friends and family. This is especially true for those in families or countries with strong traditional belief systems firmly in place.
Today we again wish to speak of love. Yes, we have spoken of love many times but we wish to speak of love to help you understand that what you have been taught about love is not always love. Too many still see love as an emotional connection between people, family, or possessions. LOVE IS THE ACTIVITY OF ONENESS. Love is the interconnectedness between all that is, but this truth is interpreted according to the level of awareness within each individual.
The powerful energy shift and ascension process taking place at this time is moving mankind more deeply into a realization of oneness. It is a shift from metaphysics (trying to change a bad picture into a good picture through various tools) into mysticism (the realization that within the ONE there can be nothing needing to be changed). In the absolute sense, everything is already whole and perfect because if Infinite Divine Consciousness is all there is, everything must be embodied within it. The attainment of this realization is the journey, is evolution, and is where all are slowly or quickly heading.
Meditation, crystals, oils, etc. are all tools to help you get to that place of Oneness that each and every soul unconsciously seeks and yearns for. In the third dimension this innate yearning for wholeness manifests in hundreds of ways–pharmaceuticals for every perceived need, attainment of more and more money, better sex, right foods, as well as the readily available advice of experts on any topic. Corporations and businesses believe themselves to be making the world (usually themselves) “better” in some way, but often trample on the rights of other living things and even their own workers in order to do it. These human activities represent the un-awakened soul’s concept of completeness but these creations can never satisfy a soul’s yearning for that which he really is, for they are simply concepts of the spiritual reality he is seeking.
There must be an understanding of this as you move into the next stage of your journey. Too many are still stuck in the teachings of metaphysics believing it to be the fullness of spiritual truth. Metaphysics is a good place to start and has assisted almost every spiritual student in their shift from duality and separation into truth but there is much more–you are ready to go deeper. It is difficult to throw away the tools that have served you well in your journey, so we say keep them and love them, but understand that you do not NEED them.
You have learned that you are Divine beings who have chosen lifetimes of human experiences in order to experience evolutionary lessons and which have often been difficult and painful. In the past, new and higher ideas came to man through metaphysical teachings and teachers who understood deeper realities, however try not to become stuck at that level. Many of you were a part of the ancient mystery schools which taught new ideas on the use and manipulation of energy. This has evolved into current day metaphysical teachings and so for some of you, metaphysics feels very comfortable and familiar. There were a few at that time who were not evolved enough to realize that this information was not a self serving toy and so through the selfish use of this knowledge began what is now called the “dark arts”.
There were in ancient times and still are a few highly resonating temples of healing where evolved healers use energy, light, oils, color, and sound to bring into alignment individual energy fields that may be in discord. This is beautiful and sacred work done by aware and highly resonating beings for those seeking help in this way. Many are still doing this sacred work through old and new healing modalities which become energetically higher as the “healer” himself evolves.
The point we are making is that there comes a time in everyone’s, (teacher and student), evolutionary journey when he shifts into a realization of oneness. This may come in an instant after lifetimes of spiritual seeking, or it may be a slow and gradual process. This is ascension, the attainment of that state of consciousness that realizes everything Real is perfect and held in place by Divine law and that ONE is ever manifesting ITSELF as… What you “see is what you get” as the saying goes… Your state of consciousness is interpreting for you, the divine ideas embodied within the One.
If the tools and books of metaphysics no longer resonate with you, trust that. It means that you are moving into a state of consciousness where you will be able to get your information, guidance, and direction from within instead of from people or the tools that have helped you in the past. Meditation is a tool that helps connect you to your higher self and would be worth keeping until you are fully experiencing the reality of yourselves. This is graduation dear ones. Trust, honor, and accept that as truth.
Letting go of obsolete tools can be a difficult step for those who may have an ego attachment to their use–those who have built their identity on teaching certain techniques or ideas but it is time for everyone take spiritual teachings to new and higher levels of interpretation which does not leave these individuals without purpose or activity, but manifests as new activities to teach and practice.
Move deeper into your awareness regarding the purpose of tools. The use of tools, including meditation instruction telling you that you must sit this way, chant, light a candle, spine straight, feet on the floor etc, were taught because they helped the student to shift into higher dimensional energy. Most are now in that higher energy and no longer need the tools that assisted you when you were not.
Structures formed out of old beliefs are crumbling both within and without for the energy needed to sustain them is no longer present. Physically, emotionally, and mentally mankind’s’ “house of cards” is falling. Do not be afraid when this happens, dear ones for this is what you have asked for, yearned for, and waited for–lifetime after lifetime.
Trust, trust, trust your inner guidance. All is well and all is proceeding according to what is needed for each one even though it may not seem that way to the un-awakened eye.

Greetings dear ones. We speak to you in this time of change and fear, for many are still holding on to fears which in turn push them to make less that perfect choices. This is not a criticism, but simply an observation of the world’s state of consciousness. It is perfectly understandable that you would experience fear, for all around you are the signs of war, death, and violence. However, these appearances can take you deeper should you choose.
Use these times to evaluate your belief systems, asking yourselves; “What is it that I believe? What is it that I wish to create in my life? What am I still holding on to that I now know is not truth?” If you wish to change the manifestation of that which is not of the highest light in your lives and your world, then these questions must be seriously pondered. Too many simply sit and wait for others to do the work of changing the outer scene. The material world (that which you can see, hear, taste, touch, and smell) is the manifestation of spiritual reality, but as interpreted according to the states of consciousness of those in the world. Where one sees a magnificent living forest, another sees only the money to be had in cutting it all down.
When you understand this, you will also understand the great hope embodied within the constitution of the United States. This document was brought into being by illumined souls who were being guided from this side because the world was ready to bring in a new awareness, new ways of living, and a new and higher sense of life. However, as with all truth, much of it was and still is being interpreted according to less evolved states of consciousness resulting in it often being misused and misinterpreted.
Be aware dear ones, that you are here to learn and grow and evolve and not simply for enjoyment and pleasure. Joy is an important part of living because it most closely resonates with the energy of the higher dimensions, but living only for the pleasure and satisfactions of life on earth is not joy.
This topic we are choosing to talk about today is anger for anger has become a dominant energy among so many individuals, countries, and societies. Anger arises out of the third dimensional belief of duality and separation. There are many occasions when one indeed needs to speak up and state their truth or take action, but we are speaking of the general invasive anger based on appearances now permeating the earth. This subject is rarely talked about in channels, but we believe that there must be a correct understanding of anger in order for the spiritual student to move beyond it in its negative form.
Anger energy holds many in bondage to events, experiences, and people from the past, and needs to be released if one is to spiritually evolve. Anger energy can form energetic cords to people , places, and events which often stay in place from lifetime to lifetime. These need to be consciously removed and this can be done through intention and visualization or by a spiritually evolved energy worker. You will know if you have energetic cords to someone or something by the negative or even positive reactions you experience when thinking or being with them. Energetic cords connect you to someone or something in a more intense way.
Anger is the fuel of war, and frequently holds whole countries in bondage to the past– generation after generation. It is an obsolete energy that acts to prevent individuals and governments from ever moving forward. Anger results from the misunderstanding of groups, individuals, countries, ideas, and anything that does not fit in with one’s personal concepts. It permeates many organized religions, serving only to separate people in what could be a time of great awakening.
We do not say you are never to speak your truth, or that you must agree with everyone, but we say that the time has come for the world to embrace dialog and understanding of others’ points of view instead of looking to violence or a stubborn refusal to compromise for solutions.
There are still many countries that hold anger and grudges toward those of another country for events of the past, teaching their children to hate and hold obsolete and finished energy from one generation to the next. This is what keeps people and countries from evolving and bringing in the new earth you seek dear ones, for the Light of that new world you desire cannot manifest in an ever renewing heavy block of dense energy.
This is not a message urging all to become door mats, or to simply ignore situations while saying; “Oh well, God is all, it isn’t real” for this is indeed “human”. We are simply alerting you to the subtle energy of anger that at this time you are unaware is underlying many of your choices and ideas.
Speak your truth, take whatever human footsteps are needed to change things to a higher level– bringing light to those issues that need changing, but do it with an energy of awakened understanding and not the energy of anger. Anger energy imbues the object of the anger with power and reality.
Strong words or actions may need to be taken in some circumstances, but when they carry the energy of awareness, they hold a different resonance than when done in an energy of hate or anger. This way of working starves the energy of anger which will in turn lesson and finally disappear for it is only the false concepts of duality and separation that keep it alive.

Dear ones, we come today to talk to you about hope. That is, hope that is based not in the belief that I don’t have and I hope I will get, but hope born of the realization that I already have because I already am. I am then able to move deeply into the trust and hope that this awareness will manifest outwardly as I begin to live, move, and have my being in it. Hope can be and often is, an expression of despair, a tool used to keep one from floundering in a belief system that is based on false concepts. Hope is a word often misused by religious teachers who teach that hope in some unknown God concept is all an individual needs while in actuality they the teachers, do not have the needed answers.
Hope is a resting back into the awareness that there is a plan and because I am one with Source, I can trust that all is proceeding according to that plan. I have created this plan for myself in order to learn, and in the experiences of the spiritual seeker nothing is chaos simply for chaos sake. This understanding serves to connect an individual with their center, and allows each truth as realized, to then manifest.
Be aware dear ones that all is quickly moving in new directions. It may not of happened exactly as you thought it would or when you thought it would, but that does not mean it is not happening. Each day more are awakening and becoming a part of the massive surge of Light now building upon the earth. Many of the changes you had expected to see on a certain date, are going to be, only not as quickly as you had hoped. Change is taking place with each passing moment; with each soul that awakens and sees through the false, and with each dear one crying out for spiritual help.
As the surge of awakening Light energy continues to build, you will see it dissolving much that you took for granted as normal living–lack, limitation, disease, war, and the dominance of the masculine and powerful. Do not be afraid and do not panic as your news sources would have you do. When you see change taking place, or become aware of shocking exposures regarding people, places, or ideas that you may have fully believed in, know that it is Light flooding the shadow for all there is to the dark is lack of light. Once the light is turned on, a shadow simply disappears. Where does it go, ask yourselves that dear ones, where does the dark go when the light is turned on? You already know that shadow never exists as a reality, it simply appears to be that way.
This is the secret of the third dimension; much of which you have been experiencing and taking for granted as normal life on earth, is simply a lack of awareness and a misinterpretation of reality. All that you see, hear, taste, touch, or smell is a facet of Divine reality being interpreted though a third dimensional state of consciousness. Let us give you an example– a car is a three dimensional mind formed interpretation of omnipresence — a form that you can comprehend and utilize in the material world you live in at this time.
As you begin to see through appearances to the Divine reality behind all things, you are getting closer and closer to realizing that all there is, is Source and its manifestations. How you interpret these manifestations is determined by your state of consciousness–illumined or un-illumined. When you see a tree, you are seeing the material sense of the tree not the light, beauty, and perfection of its true essence-the divine idea of tree.
When you see evil in others this indicates that your consciousness is still entertaining a belief in duality and separation–that some are good and some are evil. Yes, there are many through their ignorance of truth, still choosing to manifest evil actions. We are not saying you are to ignore this or to ever become doormats for another, but we say that before you blame the world, the government, or some other person for your problems, recognize that whatever you hold within your consciousness as being truth will manifest in your experience. Because of your true essence, you are creators–do not forget this. Take whatever steps are needed for a better world, but do it in an awareness of truth.
All there is is Divine consciousness and within this Divine consciousness is embodied every spiritual idea, each one governed by Divine law. If there were disease in Divine consciousness it could never be healed for it would have a law sustaining and maintaining it. This is how the master Jesus healed; his illumined consciousness entertained no beliefs of disease, and those coming to him entered into this consciousness and were “healed” of the appearances.
Examine your belief systems dear ones, for you are responsible for your own evolution, your own awakening process. There is available all the help you may need, for every individual has Guides and Teachers on this side ready to assist but the choice must be yours to take advantage of this.
Let go of any concepts you may still be holding of how the spiritual journey must appear or unfold and do not expect what may be right for you, to be right for someone else. There are many books and classes regarding spiritual evolution, how it looks and feels, but do not compare yourselves to others and their experiences or feel a failure if your path is not the same, for each of you has lived many personal journeys through lifetimes of different experiences and thus each needs individual lessons and experiences reflecting that. There are no lesser or better spiritual experiences for each will experience what is perfect at that point in his evolution.
Every new awareness of truth adds another spark of light to the energy of a changing, evolving world and this is your hope.
